- Greet clients & answer phone calls
- Key handover and management of keys for sales and PM
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Ordering office supplies
- Listing packs and offer packs
- Process new listings and create listing files and complete all administration tasks associated with the new listing
- Online launch of the property and prepare all relevant documentation and marketing material for e.g. Signboards, Brochures, Offer & Acceptances, newspaper ad placement
- Process sales files as they go Under Offer or Sold
- Assist with Selling Agency Agreements & Offer & Acceptance documentation
- Experience in real estate is essential
- Positive can do attitude | Excellent time management
- Exceptional communication & Quality negotiation skills
- Immaculate presentation and highly motivated individual
- Work well in a team environment
