Holdsworth Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator / Receptionist at our Mount Hawthorn office. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a talent for administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting our office, providing a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage and direct phone calls, email inquiries, and mail; ensuring all communications are routed to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Support our sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining listings on various platforms, and updating client records.
- Assist with the coordination of open houses and other real estate events, including preparation of materials and on-site support.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming office environment, ensuring all common spaces are organized and presentable.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is required. Experience in real estate will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with real estate software platforms are preferred.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
