Form of workEast Bentleigh Vet Clinic is looking for a Receptionist with incredible communication skills and a deep love for pets. The Veterinary profession is one of the most rewarding professions to enter. We are very lucky in our industry to have the ability to touch people’s lives by taking care of their pets when they are at their most vulnerable.
We are looking for a champion of communication, dedication, eye for detail and a super friendly disposition.
If you are a receptionist with nursing back ground and wanting a few hours in the hospital it could probably be arranged.
What is the role exactly?
- Full time hours available Morning and afternoon shifts with occasional weekend may be required
- Checking in/out patients
- Managing phone lines, emails, client enquiries
- Accounts
- Assisting clients with retail sales
- Providing admin support to management
- Cuddles, pats and snuggles with our patients
Who are you?
- You are a people-person who loves to educate the public on pet health and wellbeing
- You have a minimum of 3 years reception / customer service experience
- You MUST love animals
- You have a can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
- You are able to multi task and thrive in an exciting atmosphere
