Camden Valley Inn boasts a memorable family-friendly atmosphere in our multitude of spaces including a large alfresco dining precinct, multiple bars, dedicated conference and wedding function space, pizzeria, children's sanctuary, complemented by our 4-star accommodation facilities in semi-rural Camden.
We are currently seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to lead our team in accommodation.
This role would suit a food and beverage Duty Manager looking to trade in their nights and work closer to home, but still be indirectly involved in venue operations.
Your role will include:
- Management of the accommodation operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Effective management of all guest arrivals and departures
- Monitoring rates and maximising occupancy and revenue.
- Managing a small team of direct reports
- Supporting main venue operations by taking reservations and assisting in key trade periods where necessary.
Experience using SevenRooms and GuestPoint would be advantageous but not essential.
Indicative roster will be Tuesday to Saturday during the day, however we are flexible with shifts and RDOs, provided the candidate can commit to weekend availability.
