Who we're looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will be a positive, energetic and confident team player who has exceptional customer service and a willingness to proactively engage with all current and future members.
The Role
In this role you will primarily be responsible for providing members with electric experiences at every interaction. As a Front of House representative, you'll be the first face our members see when they enter the Club, and our goal is to provide a premium level of customer service.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Have a passion for Health & Fitness
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Be sales driven to meet and exceed targets
- Have a passion for health and fitness with a desire to help others achieve their goals
- A "can do" attitude with a thirst for learning and ambition for growth
- Love the Fitness Industry
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- Be flexible with hours and available for some weekend work occasionally
