We are seeking a Front of House Manager and Supervisors for their exciting new venture in the Brisbane market. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and hands-on, with a robust service background and a profound understanding of the industry. A passion for wine and comprehensive wine knowledge is essential.
We are looking for hospitality professionals with:
- Experience at Assistant Manager or Supervisor level in an elevated dining, casual fine dining or bar & dining environment
- Calm and poise in high volume venues
- A passion for great quality service
- Good general F&B and wine knowledge
- A keen interest in training and developing others
- An attitude to strive for perfection and chase accolades
- Proven ability to think outside the box and generate revenue
- Amazing problem solver
- Are confident leading large teams (30+) to deliver excellence in service
- Excellent remuneration package of up to $95k
