Nikpol is looking for a Receptionist/Showroom Sales Consultant who is energetic, sales driven, customer focused and passionate about colour and design for our stunning Kitchen Display Centre. This position is perfect for people who love face to face interaction and providing innovative solutions for our clients. Your personality and relationship building skills need to shine through. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the ability to build relationships with Home Renovators, Cabinet Makers, Builders, Architects and Interior Designers.
The role reports to the State Sales Manager (QLD) and will include:
Responsibilities
- Be a frontline Ambassador for Nikpol by providing exceptional Sales and Customer Service skills
- Provide advice and support to all visitors to the Nikpol showroom
- Provide quotes, follow up and after sales care
- Maintain and build on the existing account customer base
- Respond to all inbound calls and redirect in a timely manner
- Address customer enquiries and ensure all customer concerns are dealt with tactfully and resolved quickly
- Administrative tasks associated with visitors to the company
- Maintain the cleanliness and quality of the showroom displays
- General administrative tasks, including weekly banking & weekly postage
