Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Records Administrators within a well known State Government department located within Adelaide's CBD for a 3-6 month project. The successful candidates will have experience in the following and be immediately available. Full and part time (3 days per week) options are available. Pay rate between $36-$38 per hour. The Role:
The positions will undertake Records Management administrative tasks
Duties include but are not limited to:
Reviewing contents of records and identifying records past retention date
Processing records found past retention date for disposal, including documentation and preparation of boxes/records for removal
Providing documents Management to obtain approvals and complete disposal processes
Creating electronic inventory, contents list for boxes, and other supporting documentation for permanent records
Processing physical records waiting to be transferred to records storage
Facilitating transfer and storage records
Identifying records within the permanent records collection suitable for digitisation and disposal
Essential Experience/skills:
Knowledge of the SA State Record Policy
Records Management experience
NPC obtained within the last 6 months
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills
Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills
To be successful you will be immediately available and meet the above criteria. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded.
