The Role
The Legal Secretary role sits within the Property team and involves providing a high level of secretarial support to a busy Partner and their team. This dynamic and busy team is a close-knit and social group.
Duties
- Drafting letters and documents through the PEXA platform
- Liaising with clients
- Diary management
- Organising travel arrangements
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing client bills
- Various administrative tasks
To be considered
To be considered for this role, you should have at least 12 months experience as a Legal Secretary. You will be accustomed to providing a high level of secretarial support. Strong organisational skills along with the ability to prioritise will be key to your success in this role.
Property law experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
