The Role
An exciting opportunity exists within our Infrastructure Services directorate for an Administration Assistant – Bowen Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support services to the Bowen Works – Roads & Drainage branch whilst ensuring the day to day operations of the depot.
Essential
- C Class Drivers Licence
- Construction Safety Induction (White Card)
- Exceptional organisational skills and communication skills
- High degree of discretion, diplomacy and tact
- Proficiency in the operation of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or significant relevant organisational experience
