Deliver high-quality, consistent, and timely record management services.Utilise Content Manager (Trim) for record retrieval, file movements, archiving, and sending archive boxes to storage.Prepare Content Manager (Trim) reports and ensure data quality.Assist in sentencing and disposing of records.Communicate effectively with internal customers.Work flexibly in the office and as part of a team to meet planned and reactive work demands.Apply knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in records management.Follow pre-established guidelines and work under immediate supervision.Demonstrate the ability to work independently.What you'll need to succeed Minimum 2–3 years of related records management experience.Desirable: Previous experience using Content Manager (Trim).What you'll get in return - Monday to Friday role.
- $30 - $45 per hour + super depending on experience.
