This role sits within our Records and Information Management and is responsible for providing the organisation with effective, efficient, quality records information management and mail services. The role involves managing the records of the organisation, providing records management support to internal customers, distribute all forms of incoming correspondence, maintain security and confidentiality of information, assist with retrieval and collation of information, assist with the digitisation program and and assist with information management projects as required. Experience operating and maintaining Digital Information Management Systems. Demonstrated experience in processing large volumes of documents (scan and register) under pressure and time constraints utilising time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated high level customer service skills.
