APG Workforce are currently seeking an Administration Officer with Records experience for a role based in a Parramatta Government Sector.
- 6 month assignment - possible extension
- Start date: ASAP
- $45.60 Per Hour + Super
- 7 hrs p/d / 35 hrs p/w
- Location: Parramatta
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely record management services within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise Content Manager (Trim) to locate and retrieve company records as requested.
- Manage file movements, archiving, and sending archive boxes to storage.
- Prepare Content Manager (Trim) reports and ensure data quality.
- Assist in the sentencing and disposal of records.
- Provide excellent communication and support to internal customers.
- Adapt to office and team environments, handling both planned and reactive tasks.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality record management services.
- Experience using Content Manager (Trim) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills for effective internal customer interactions.
- Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with common concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant records management experience.
