Records Officer

Public Sector People are partnering with a well-known government organisation to recruit for a 3 month temporary Records Officer
 
Contract: 3 months full time
Location: Parramatta NSW
Hourly Pay Rate: $37.5 p/h + Super
 
Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the management, classification and distribution of the City of Parramatta's centralised e-mail account, electronic media, and hardcopy correspondence using Content Manager and CRM system.
• Deliver Customer services Service Desk support, to address EDRMS requests, including appropriate
  escalation.
•  Maintain work schedules across the team so that SLAs are completed on time and in line with Councils
  performance measures.

 
 Essential: 

•  Relevant or similar qualifications in Records Management
•  Experience in Content Manager and local government is preferable.
