The Opportunity

The Records Officer will:
- Update the database from a selection of available primary data sources;
- Analyse and verify data via telephone, internet and other sources.
This role is an essential part of the team that maintains the integrity of the database. The accuracy and comprehensiveness of the database is crucial to maintaining its credibility and the company's competitive advantage.
What we need
We are looking for someone with:
- strong computer / keyboard skills,
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and
- a clear, confident telephone manner.
Exposure to the healthcare sector is desirable.
Previous experience working with databases would be well regarded. The role is initially a 3 days (21 hours) per week position.
Flexible work arrangements are available (2 days in the office and 1 day working from home).
