About the role
- Ensure records are accurately classified and stored in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide content manager support and advice to staff.
- Provide records management advice and training to staff.
- Execute administrative routine tasks within content manager.
- Manage retrieval of physical records and relevant archiving processes.
- Ability to understand regulatory requirements for storage and classification of records.
- Proficiency with Content Manager software such as TRIM.
- Experience in records management.
