The Partnering Advisor supports the Manager to build and maintain partnerships with our offshore outsourcing suppliers to deliver the operational and function strategy by monitoring, reviewing, and analysing performance data. The role is responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the partners to meet and maintain service level agreements with a focus on risk, compliance, and best in class customer outcomes. The role is also required to identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities and operational efficiencies that support delivery of the “Best in Class Claims” and “Back on the Road” strategies for Motor Claims Customers.
What you'll do
- Work autonomously while supporting the delivery of customer service and business activities by partners as per outsourcing agreements, to deliver a seamless end to end experience between onshore and offshore teams
- Contributing to the development and delivery of the Partnering program of work to deliver exceptional claims experiences for our customers through a multi-skilled contact and data processing centre
- Identify and monitor key controls within partner areas to mitigate risk and enhance performance.
- Ensuring partnering processes are aligned with purpose and strategic direction of the Recoveries and Settlements business
- Effectively executing the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Event Response Plan with partners and suppliers onshore and offshore to manage events and catastrophes
- This role has onshore and offshore responsibilities. At times travel may be required to execute this role successfully
- At least 2 years' experience in Insurance or similar industry and operational environment
- Preferably 1-3 years' experience working with internal/external vendors and/or suppliers
- Experience in delivering initiatives or projects
- Experience in Recoveries and Settlement processes desired
- Proficient data analysis with ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement from diverse information sources and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of the Motor Claims Customers business, including claims product and systems experience
