About the Role: 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing Recovery & Customer Care team and be responsible for liaising with our customers to provide outstanding customer service and maximise the timely recovery of debts. This role will involve taking ownership of a portfolio of diverse clients on a daily basis, and contacting them by phone and email to follow up on missed payments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for responding to customer enquiries or more complex customer needs through a variety of communication channels.
  • Apply knowledge and judgment in order to effectively resolve complex enquiries. This entails accurately identifying and effectively resolving customer enquiries according to standard procedures and business requirements, under general management supervision.
  • Engagement with a network of internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership through to resolution. This is then effectively communicated to the customer and involves direct customer contact.
  • Set clear payment terms with customers and ensure that they understand the consequences of not paying on time.
  • Inbound and Outbound Credit calls to get cash and promises to pay off delinquent accounts.
  • Supporting other credit activities as required
  • Ensure Bizcap’s reputation is well managed through the delivery of the customer experience
