The Role
As a Recovery Leader, you'll take a crucial role in guiding and supporting a team of Psychologists and/or Rehabilitation Counsellors. You'll have the opportunity to shape and develop a new team, making a significant impact. Working closely with the National Operation Managers, you'll oversee the daily operations of recovery and return-to-work services while managing your own psych-only caseload. This position provides an exciting platform for honing mentoring and operations management skills while consistently achieving outstanding client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 6 - 8 Recovery Specialists (whom you will have the opportunity to hire);
- Manage team utilisation and ensure quality assurance of team billings;
- Allocate referrals, facilitate case reviews, and oversee written correspondence;
- Support specific customers and attend claims strategy reviews; and
- Manage your own caseload, demonstrating commitment to exceptional service and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or RCAA;
- Minimum 3 years of previous workplace rehabilitation experience;
- Experience in mentoring staff (Senior Consultants will also be considered); and
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
