About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated, professional individual to join our recovery team. As the
Recovery Porter, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team focused on achieving excellent clinical care and outcomes for patients.The key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Transporting patients to and from the Recovery
- Patient positioning, cleaning and restocking of Recovery
- Removing rubbish and soiled linen
- Providing support to the wards when required
Candidates must have the flexibility to participate in a 7 day rotating roster
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following:
- High level of customer service and excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively following directions
Most importantly, you will bring a client-first attitude with a desire to assist our patients in obtaining the best possible outcomes for their health.
RemunerationA base hourly rate from $27.48 + superannuation, based on experience and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (NSW Support Services EBA Wardsperson Year 1).
