About the Job
Harness Energy Services is expanding operations nationally with multiple new offices and locations to be opened. As we enter this growth phase, we have several opportunities for experienced recruiters to join our successful team.

Based in Belmont and with a well-established client portfolio, the focus will be identifying talent through channels that resonate with candidates in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Construction, and Mining industries.

Your creative ideas will see you thinking outside of the box in sourcing exceptional candidates. You will be able to back yourself, work autonomously and thrive within a team environment.

Reporting to the Labour Hire Manager, you will not be limited to the following:

• Identifying channels to advertise and attract candidates
• End-to-end recruitment
• Conducting interviews
• Conducting Reference checks
• Overseeing the up-skilling and training of candidates
• Proactive recruitment 
• Reviewing potential candidates for Recognition of Prior Learning 
• Engaging regularly with existing candidates to ensure their retention
• Onboarding and implementation of new candidates to client portfolio etc. 

Skills and Experience
To be considered for the role, you will have:

• Recruitment experience
• Proven success in a recruitment role with good longevity
• Client management experience
• Understanding of legal frameworks, contracts, and Industrial Relations
• Innate ability to build long-standing relationships in a competitive employment environment.
