Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage a Business Support Officer. This position is located in their busy Dubbo office for an initial contract to start ASAP until 31st of July 2024.
About the Position
Provide effective administrative and office services support to facilitate the smooth operation of the business unit and the delivery of its services.
Duties
- Provide a range of administrative activities and office services.
- Manage and process business information
- Use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material.
- Implement, maintain and improve upon effective administrative systems and processes.
- Manage business unit filing systems in accordance with standards and guidelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with other business areas.
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the administration team.
- Provide customer service and reception duties as required.
- Working in office 5 days per week (full time)
- Two professional references.
- Working with Children Check.
- This is an Indigenous Identified role.
