THE POSITION

• Streamline candidate screening for rapid, quality-driven selections that match organisational needs
• Elevate the candidate experience, ensuring positivity from first contact to successful on-boarding
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a constant flow of qualified individuals ready for recruitment action
• Foster effective communication and collaboration with hiring managers and team members, ensuring alignment on recruitment goals and timelines

THE PERSON

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally high volume
• Previous experience in hospitality is ideal but not essential
• Experience in using recruitment systems - PageUp is ideal, but not essential
• Exceptional communication skills ensuring a positive candidate experience, even in high volumes.
• Incredible stakeholder management skills
