We are particularly interested in people with experience in recruiting for blue collar industries - trades, operators, trade assistants, labourers etc.
You will be a recruiter who can manage their own workflow and handle high volume recruitment.
You are comfortable not just supporting hiring managers but also coaching them on recruitment processes and relevant legislation.
You have experience with completing reports and updating HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking systems to ensure compliance.
You enjoy the full end to end experience, and have experience with every step in between. Job brief

You ideally will have a tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology or similar but not essential.
