Exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Officer to join a high performing team in this government organisation.
Your new role
Reporting to the Communications and Engagement Lead, responsible for developing and implementing creative Internal Communications plans aligning with the organisation's values and objectives.
Key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Create and implement effective internal communication plans and campaigns ensuring employee engagement.
Engage with stakeholders across the business to develop targeted communications approaches meeting the needs of the wider organisation.
Manage the design and production of Internal Communications collateral.
Evaluate and identify improvements for communications strategies.
Implementation of new communications techniques and tools.
Review and report on the outcomes of communications initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a tertiary qualification in communications, marketing or similar.
You will have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies.
Proficient knowledge of digital platforms and tools for communication.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams, engaging with various stakeholders at all levels.
You will be proactive with a creative mindset.
