ElectusPeople proudly supplies talented Care Staff and Registered Nurses to some of the most respected Aged Care providers across Queensland.
With a reputation built over 14 years, its dedicated team is passionate about finding exceptional individuals and nurturing the talent of those with ambitions for a career in the Care sector.
Our Opportunity
Our team is seeking a Recruitment and Scheduling Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates in the Care field.
This is a permanent part-time role with the option to work 3 to 4 days a week from our Gasworks Newstead office.
Duties
In this role you will hold dual duties in Recruitment and Scheduling.
Drawing on your recruitment experience, you will promote work opportunities and screen prospective candidates to identify their suitability for shift work in residential or community Aged Care.
Your typical work day will be taken up with phone screenings and face to face interviews, and guiding candidates through their online onboarding. You will engage regularly with our Aged Care partners, and network effectively to make sure their staffing needs are always met and the right people are assigned.
Adding to your recruitment activities will be supporting the agency's scheduling by assigning staff to shifts on a day to day basis. This will involve responding to shift requests and assigning the right staff quickly and efficiently.
Selection
With at least 2-3 years’ experience in agency or internal recruitment, you will have a proven track record in screening and onboarding staff. Practical knowledge of the Aged Care Community or Residential Aged Care sector will be a distinct advantage. Advanced technical skills are essential to ensure you can confidently navigate our onboarding database, as will the ability to multi-task and stay organised while juggling multiple deadlines.
