The role:
Be a part of a new team focused on permanent recruitment in our private and public clients. You will leverage off Verus People's established contracts and candidates to get going quickly.
You will be joining and working alongside our knowledgeable and experienced recruitment professionals, keen to work with you. But your career pathway does not stop there - Verus has a structured pathway all the way to Director and offer the support to get you there.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant nurses for a client’s staffing requirement/s.
- Establish a proactive and professional relationship with all clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently.
- Develop candidate acquisition strategies to maximise attracting the required quantity and quality of candidates through direct sourcing channels, headhunting, candidate referrals and networking opportunities.
But ideally you will;
- Be self-motivated and aspire in life that require you to drive successful outcomes in the workplace
- Be the type of person that treats wait-staff the same as you treat your boss
- Be amazing at building rapport, relationships, and reputation
- Be a proactive person who prides themselves on finding their own solutions
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be someone that passes the supermarket trolley test
