AddressTechforce are seeking an experienced Blue CollarRecruitment Consultant to join our Trades & Labour team, recruiting within the Civil/Mining space. This rare opportunity will allow you to come onboard and work on a desk with desk multiple live vacancies and clients.
Reporting to the Division Manager, you will be:
- sourcing, screening and recruiting candidates for positions within a specialised Blue Collar area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the right fit for both parties.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Experience within recruitment as a 180 or 360 consultant in labour hire environments will be highly advantageous, in addition to:
- Experience and proven history working to and exceeding targets/billings and deliverables
- Previous background in a fast paced salves environment
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive and energetic approach to your working day
- Key strengths in building and maintaining lasting client relationships
- Transparent and highly achievable uncapped commission structure
- Flexi start and finish times + 1 day WFH post probation
