- Business development new clients and use your networking ability to create new opportunities.
- Source, screen and interview suitable candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with your clients and candidates.
- Write advertisements and post them on platforms like Seek and LinkedIn.
- Assist both the candidate and client through the recruitment process, often liaising and negotiating between all parties.
- An ability to pick up the phone and make new contacts to grow your desk.
- Demonstrated recruitment experience minimum 1 year experience.
- An ability to work autonomously.
- A highly personable and confident approach to building relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
