Our public sector client is looking for a Business Support Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. Based in Caboolture and starting in early May, the role will be running through to early August with possible extension. The role will be working 37.5 hours per week and paying a casual hourly rate of $37.45 plus super.
Working within a friendly, team, this role will involve processing applications and experience with high volume data entry is a necessity. You will also be corresponding with applicants to obtain further evidence and information.
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:
- Experience in high volume data entry and an excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage repetitive tasks while processing applications
- Strong compliance focus and ability to follow set procedures and policies
- Professional communication style
- Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office core programs
- Ability to easily adapt to new systems and processes
