the Recruitment Consultant role:

  • You will seek to understand client and candidate recruitment needs in order to deliver customised recruitment solutions
  • You will initiate a range of sales and marketing activities to attract new business to Randstad
  • Daily, you will initiate a range of sourcing activities, networking, conducting reference checks, telephone screening, attending internal & external meetings and making business development calls to clients
  • You will build and maintain trusting relationships that are collaborative, transparent and impactful
  • You will consistently achieve positive results by hitting your weekly / monthly sales targets
  • You will act as a skilled negotiator at all levels and quickly resolve client & candidate issues
