The Role
Your primary role will be to assist our existing financial advice and private wealth management firms with their hiring needs. You will work closely with the principal consultant, who is an ex-financial planner, to deliver exceptional advice and guidance to both our candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet candidates to understand and help them achieve their career objectives
- Help financial planning and private wealth firms grow their business
- Participate in industry events which include attending Professional Development days and networking events
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
- Passion for meeting and helping people
- Willing to learn about the financial planning and private wealth industries
- Enjoy working hard, whilst having fun in a social and professional environment
- Have an aptitude for learning and developing new skills.
