Reporting to the Head of Marketing Technology and Performance, this role is responsible for overseeing and steering the Digital Analytics capability within Latitude. With a particular emphasis on Google Analytics, you will play a vital role in championing data-driven decision-making within the organisation by harnessing the power of insights derived from this platform.
Responsibilities.
- Design and implementation of Analytics collection code via Tag Management platforms (Tealium IQ)
- Design and implementation of Marketing platforms via Tag Management platforms
- Alignment of Campaign codes across all Marketing campaigns
- Execute Digital Analytics activities to drive business benefit and customer experience. Digital Analytics activities will include (but not limited to) Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar.
- Assist users to get the best from our Digital Analytic tools, provide recommendations to drive increased usage of our Digital analytic tools
- Liaise closely with business stakeholders to translate business information needs into Digital Analytics requirements. Ensure that challenges are raised to the appropriate channels in a timely manner
- Represent Digital Analytics team in business Squads/Tribes and assist Product managers/Owners to source Digital Analytics data to make data driven decisions
- Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering team to support integration of Digital Analytics data into the data lake, in line with Latitude Strategy
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ year's work experience in a Digital Analytics role
- Demonstrated ability with Tag Management platforms, such as Tealium, Ensighten, GTM.
- Demonstrated ability with JavaScript and modern web-based user interfaces.
- Demonstrated ability with Digital Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or Hotjar.
- Demonstrated understanding of Digital marketing channels (display ads, social, email, etc.)
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing platforms (AdWords, DoubleClick, Facebook, etc.)
- Logical thinker with strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen in the interpretation of data and the ability to link outcomes to key business drivers.
- Experience working with a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven capability to articulate and present complex information to senior management
