The Company
Established for over 10 years, Project Recruit is a boutique recruitment consultancy with two clearly defined divisions, Project Recruit Construction and Project Recruit Health.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to work for Project Recruit Health. The position would suit someone who is keen and motivated to help build a new division within the business. This new desk will have the biggest earning potential, so if you are money-motivated you will certainly reap the benefits.
The Position - Recruitment Consultant
- Playing an integral position supporting Director / Senior Consultant with sourcing candidates for vacant positions
- Resourcing and building candidate pipelines for positions
- Screen candidates, schedule & conduct interviews
- Building relationships with candidates and proactively networking with them for the future
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Headhunting & networking with candidates on Linked In
- Database management and integrity using JobAdder CRM
- Reference checking and administration
- Sales & Marketing using Canva
- Advertising on various job boards such as Seek, Company Website, Linked In
What we are looking for
- 12+ months experience in recruitment essential
- A highly driven & enthusiastic individual
- Someone who is financially motivated and keen to build a long-term career.
- Strong relationship management, customer service or sales skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Someone who enjoys working in fast paced environments.
- Experience in the Healthcare Industry
