ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be the heartbeat of our company, playing a pivotal role in connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities. You'll dive headfirst into the world of recruitment, learning the ins and outs of sourcing, screening, and nurturing relationships with both candidates and clients. Some tasks will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidate through phone call, video and in person interactions.
- Networking with clients and candidates by attending events
- Conducting reference checks and onboarding candidates
- Planning and executing hiring strategies
