Role Overview:
Our People & Culture team plays a crucial role in aligning our recruitment practices with our core operational needs and values, fostering a culture of excellence across the organisation.
Being a part of the People & Culture team, the Recruitment Consultant will take ownership of the recruitment life cycle, ensuring efficient and effective fulfilment of our recruitment requirements. This role is pivotal in enhancing candidate experiences and ensuring compliance with recruitment standards, ultimately supporting our company’s commitment to operational excellence.
The role has the flexibility to start early and finish early to support the sites in covering the Operational opening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Recruitment: Proactively manage job postings, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee group assessments.
Collaboration and Compliance: Work closely with the operations team to identify recruitment needs and manage compliance checks for all candidates.
Candidate Experience: Partner with the People Partner to continuously refine recruitment processes and ensure all interactions reflect our high standards.
What We are Looking For:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is advantageous but not essential.
Familiarity with HR databases, recruitment software, and understanding of payroll, Time & Attendance or HR systems.
A proactive, attention to detail and laser focused professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. Being able to build strong relationships and rapport with both internal and external customers, you will be able to achieve outcomes easily.
