A Recruitment Consultants Day involves:
- Working with employers to support their staffing needs
- Assisting employers to create employment opportunities that suit our participants skills and abilities
- Working with employers to establish skill gaps and identify necessary training opportunities for our participants
- Interviewing participants for roles and exploring their employment goals
- Following up on interviews and providing post placement support to employers and participants in the workplace
- Sourcing and fulfilling employers job vacancies with the most suitable participants for the role
- Creating opportunities and advocating for our participants across the Employment Services Area
- Working within a team to showcase employment vacancies and help find the right person for the role
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in business development and employer account management
- Proven experience in a similar role within employment services
- Local labour market knowledge
- Passionate about working with our participants and local community networks
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Experience working in a performance driven environment
- High level computer literacy skills

To be considered you must...
- Have full working rights in Australia
- Have a current driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
- Complete an Australia History Criminal Check
- Have a current Working with Children Check or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check before employment
- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
