About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Program Officer to join our flexible and high-performing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering health system improvements by supporting strategy and policy implementation. You will utilize a variety of clinical, implementation, research, stakeholder, and design techniques to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve healthcare systems in the eastern and north-eastern areas of Melbourne.
- Manage projects with a strong focus on change management and problem-solving.
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including community members, healthcare professionals, and policymakers, to ensure the successful execution of programs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development and evaluation of health programs.
- Provide comprehensive health outcomes and business reporting to ensure the effectiveness of EMPHN's initiatives.
Are You:
You are a strategic thinker with robust project management and change management skills, an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills and passionate about implementing innovative services that engage the community and health professionals to achieve health outcomes.
