The heart of the role
This is not a conventional retail store opportunity. You’ll be surrounded by supportive colleagues and managers that give you the trust and time to interact with customers to deliver health solutions and claim resolutions that are meaningful to them.
As a dedicated specialist, your role will be to optimise Bupa’s customer and growth performance through various channels. These opportunities will be realised predominantly through our retail stores, but will also include via mobile kiosk, expos, corporate activities & migration agents.
The role will be responsible also for prospecting and establishing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, maximising growth by informative presentations and onsite customer conversations and referral networking.
With time spent between our Melbourne CBD office, retail stores and WFH, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individual recommendations of the most suitable health and wellbeing products based on the customer needs, showcasing the value and benefits of these products for easy decision making.
- Working within the wider community to develop business and community-based relationships that promote the Bupa brand and products and the acquisition of new members.
Taking a ‘customer first’ approach, you will also:
- Assist our existing Bupa members in their day to day transactions
- Ensure the customers understand the full value of their health insurance product
- Provide solutions to any identified concerns or needs
- Educate members on all the benefits they can access
This is a full time permanent position, working 38 hours per week. Weekend work may be required from time to time.
This position commences late July 2024
Mandarin, Spanish or Hindi speaking applicants are encouraged to apply as we have a large diverse demographic customer base and these language skills will assist us operationally to deliver an outstanding customer experience to these customers.
