Key Responsibilities
- Drive transformative recruitment processes for clients within the warehouse and logistics industry.
- Utilise best practice recruitment to ensure our clients requirements are met - including having the knack to match the right candidate to the right job
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage high volume recruitment of roles, contributing to industries that impact Australian manufacturing and logistics.
- Proven recruitment expertise with a passion for achieving positive outcomes
- Exceptional multitasking ability in a changing & fast paced environment
- Results orientated mindset with a commitment to exceeding client and candidate customer satisfaction
- Great tech skills, particulary being able to navigate an ATS & use outlook & zoom
- Stability with a permanent full-time position
- Flexibility - this role combines working from home and the office 1 day a week (we have 2 offices to choose from - Clayton or Niddrie)
