The position:
As an Area Manager you will play a pivotal role in leading store teams to achieve excellence in customer experience, store atmosphere, and team engagement. You will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of store teams, ensuring alignment with organisation's goals and internal values.

• Manage the performance of 4 stores across Perth and the teams within these sites. Address performance concerns, develop a positive culture, and ensure effective training and product knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to ensure the achievement of sales and KPI targets in your region. This includes regular one-on-one meetings to drive performance.
• The opportunity for staff to progress exists within the business, in this role you will conducting training and leadership programs.
• Support the hiring and induction process for new employees across Perth.
• Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to elevate the brand and enhance the retail atmosphere. Bring your expertise in this space to life.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures, with a focus on stock, cash, and team safety. You will oversee critical compliance checks.

This position is well-suited to a multisite manager, cluster manager, or Area Manager with current retail experience.
