MBC Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their dedicated labour hire team in Port Macquarie. In this fast-paced and varied role you will provide end to end recruitment solutions and exceptional customer service to clients throughout NSW.
Key accountabilities for the role include:
- Identifying qualified candidates from the company’s recruitment database
- Managing advertising responses and conducting interviews
- Selecting and placing suitable employees into blue collar roles
- Liaising with candidates and clients
- Keeping the company database up to date with candidate and client information
- Attending client sites on a regular basis
- Answering incoming calls from field staff and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve our business goals
- Proficient with MS Office and quick to adapt to work with new systems and applications
