Your role
● Communicate and provide a seamless experience for both employers and job seekers.
● Sourcing, screening and providing interview feedback
● Manage your own portfolio and build relationships within your sector
● Uncapped commissions and flexible working relationships, so you work where you want and earn what your worth
About you
● You must have experience in sales
● Impeccable presentation and confident communication and negotiation skills
● A proactive and resourceful approach to cold calling potential candidates
● Preferably one year or more experience with 360 recruitment
