Our client, a leading not-for-profit organisation specialising in community health services, are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a temporary contract.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Sourcing and interviewing potential candidates
- Conducting background/ reference checks
- Managing electronic onboarding process ensuring compliance is valid and up to date
- Consulting with department managers to understand the requirements of the role
- Assist with employee onboarding as required including documentation
Your Profile
- Experience working in high volume recruitment
- Excellent communication skills
- Avaliable to commence immediately
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
