We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, administrator that is proficient in Data Entry. We are seeking a reliable individual to assist in digitising and managing our client's physical company records.
Responsibilities:
- Scan physical company records accurately and efficiently.
- Enter key data from scanned documents into online systems.
- Maintain organized digital records following company protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in Data Entry or related administrative roles.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with document scanning equipment and software.
- Knowledge of basic data management principles.
- Comfortable adapting to new software systems and technologies.
- Police background checks required
- Due to the sensitive records, the role is 100% office-based.
- $30/hr + Superannuation
- Temporary role full-time 5 days a week for 1 month with possibility of extension
- Essendon Fields location with available on-site parking
