Contracts Administrator - Builder - High End Residential- Strong Pipeline

You will be working as part of a team of Contracts Administrators on a range of exciting expertly designed Luxury Townhouses & Apartments.

THE ROLE:
  
The Contracts Administrators are office based. They support their SM and PM with all financial and contractual aspects of the project. You will work across more than one project at a time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• You are an experienced Contracts Administrator (3+ years) looking to work on exciting, quality projects with a reputable builder.
• You have experience as a CA with a residential builder on both townhouses and apartments.
