Your Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our operations. We have both onsite roles and opportunities to work from home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily Workforce Management: You'll be in charge of creating and managing daily rosters and maintaining relationships.
• Talent Attraction: Continuously manage candidate attraction and sourcing activities to ensure we have the best talent on board.
• Safety First: Prioritize and enforce safe work practices throughout our operations.
• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key client stakeholders, including hiring managers and shift managers.
• Process Improvement: Work on process improvements to meet and exceed client expectations.
