Use different systems and technologies
Use your quick and accurate keyboard skills
Help our customers by answering their software questions via Live Chat, Help Desk tickets as well as phone, email and virtual calls.
Get the opportunity to think and use your strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills and "read between the lines" to help gain an appreciation and understanding of the customer questions in an endeavour to solve them accurately and quickly
Identify any customer insights to share with our development team to help with new software features that our customers will benefit from
Assist our customers with creating their HR documents, job ads or placing of their ads on job boards accurately and promptly
Exercise your recruitment expertise to onboarding our new customers and new users
Spot new projects that you identify with that may challenge you too
Use your skills to add value to improvement in internal processes, or simply provide customer insights to the team
You'll be willing to be cross-trained so that you can continue to grow and understand all aspects of Expr3ss! to enable you to grow your skills and settle on your chosen career path.

You'll have an opportunity to work closely with the customers so that they maximise their use of Expr3ss!, its method and rigour so that they get the results we know that they can achieve. Be a person that thrives on challenges and performs well in a fast-paced decisive environment where prompt action and delivering on tasks to deadline is key
Can pro-actively identify tasks (e.g. administration, marketing, sales, customer support, product development) that you can assist the team with

Is tenacious in self development and wants to constantly improve their skills, experiment with what they believe they can achieve - a person that likes to put themselves to the test to see what they can accomplish
Has the ability to develop relationships and listen to a customers needs
Is willing to work in supporting customers and maybe even help with training and/or new customer system set-ups
You have possibly used other recruitment platforms and/or ATS/HR software in the past which will be an advantage
Is very competent on PC/MAC computers, plus Web browsers and the web in general plus the Internet and a variety of software applications (including CRM software, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and platforms (including mobile - iPhone/Android, tablet iPad/Surface) - and delights in learning more
Has excellent typing and keyboard skills - quick and accurate with eye for detail
Has a proven track record in administration, general recruitment, software and IT, Web or software-as-a-service environment
Is familiar with general recruitment processes (very desirable)
Be willing to be part of a fun, loyal, committed and passionate remote team
To be successful in this role we will provide you with all the support to ensure your success. You will be remunerated with a generous salary for this role and after probation*, a 4 Day Work Week!
