Position Summary:
As a Front Desk Administrative Assistant at Lift Health Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of our mobile healthcare teams in remote areas. This position combines administrative expertise with a passion for healthcare, as you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to support our allied health professionals in delivering their vital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Processing referrals and scheduling client appointments for Clinicians with accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting Clinicians in their day-to-day requirements to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge in office software and healthcare management systems.
- Preferred experience with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
