What you’ll love about the opportunity:
The primary role of the Recruitment/ HR Officer will be:
- End to end recruitment processing that includes candidate sourcing, placing job ads, screening candidates, phone interviews, shortlisting and arranging interviews with the managers
- Preparing and placing job advertisements
- Candidate Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting applicants
- Strong customer service and candidate management skills with a focussed and responsive approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Building rapport and trusting relationships with internal stakeholders
- Supporting, coordinating and contributing to the effective design and delivery of HR projects
- Maintain the integrity of our HR and recruitment system
- Experience in developing and fostering networks as key candidate sourcing channels
- Is focused on continuous improvement and wants to make a difference across the business.
This role will be working closely with the HR Manager and will get exposure and will work on some awesome projects.
